Gregg Gottlieb, CFP®

LPL Financial Advisor & LPL Financial Planner

Gregg Gottlieb co-founded Regal Wealth Advisors in 2006 to help create a company dedicated to wealth development, preservation, and transfer to subsequent generations. Gregg has over 20 years of experience in the financial advisory industry developing and helping to implement financial plans for individuals and business owners. He also has specialized experience working with complex life and health insurance matters, strategically integrating them within comprehensive, tailored financial plans.

Gregg earned his undergraduate degree in human resources at Muhlenberg College. He subsequently completed the Certified Financial Planning Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned the CFP® designation. Greg holds life, health, and property and casualty insurance licenses, as well as Series 63, Series 65, and Series 7 securities licenses through LPL Financial.

Gregg’s career began in the benefits industry, where he worked with small- and mid-sized institutional clients and specialized in creating retirement plans and long-range financial plans for senior executives. In 1998, he established his practice in Roseland, New Jersey, expanding his services to include health insurance, voluntary benefits, and estate planning. In 2002, Gregg teamed with Marty Statfeld—a leader in the benefits field—customizing retirement plans and handling large life insurance contracts designed for wealth transfer and estate planning.

Gregg has served on the board of directors of the Zwickel Foundation and the advisor board of Aviva. He periodically speaks on financial planning topics to various organizations, such as the MS Society and North Essex Chamber of Commerce. Gregg is also a member of Livingston’s Beth Shalom Temple.

A long-time resident of Livingston, New Jersey, Gregg enjoys swimming, competing in triathlons, rooting for the Yankees, and spending time with his three daughters, Cameron, Marisa, and Isabelle.
